Do I require insurance to go skiing?
We strongly recommend that all of our customers take out Standard Travel Insurance that covers winter sports, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of deposit and cancellation fees, damage, loss and theft of baggage etc. Skiing can be dangerous, and your equipment valuable; it is important that you understand the extent of your cover, and consider further cover wherever appropriate as Eclipse Ski will not be held liable in any circumstances for any loss, damage or injury. It is worth noting that many credit card providers include travel insurance when you pay for your trip with your credit card. We recommend that you check with your credit card provider.
What’s my luggage allowance?
You are normally entitled to a free luggage allowance of a single bag weighing 15kg or 20kg per person for your skiing holiday. You can usually take extra bags with you, however please note this may result in an extra fee.
I want to take my skis, how do I add these to my booking?
Please mention at the time of booking if you would like to bring your own skis or snowboard. As it is not included in your luggage allowance it can incur a fee of around £30.
I want to make a change to my booking. How do I go about this?
