Overview

A collection of 10 small villages with oodles of character, La Plagne is situated amongst the Savoie French Alps. The long awaited ‘Paradiski’ area finally opened in 2003 linking La Plagne to neighbouring top ski resort Les Arcs, creating an impressive total skiing domain of 425km of downhill slopes to take advantage of. The speedy double decker cable car ‘Vanoise Express’ created a large skier’s paradise of snow-sure slopes ideal for all abilities. La Plagne is perfect for family ski holidays as it benefits from having nurseries in virtually every village for children to enjoy the snow. It's also a great choice for intermediates with lots of wide cruising runs to enjoy.
