The 20 minute gondola ride will take you straight into the heart of the skiing haven which encompasses top ski resorts Courchevel, Les Menuires, Meribel and Val Thorens. The town operated as the athlete’s home village for the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics. With two snowparks, Meribel has a half-pipe, two quarter pipes and a boardercross sitting alongside various other hits and jumps for the freestylers. Freeriders can enjoy hooning it around the endless miles the Three Valleys has to offer.
Apres in Brides Les Bains
The quietest resort in the Three Valleys, it still has a few good pubs such as Le Jack and La Petite Auberge. For a later night, try nightclub Le Blue Night, which is part of the local casino.
