Chamrousse

Overview

The small pretty resort is perfect for family skiing holidays. Split between 3 levels, 1650,1700 and 1750, the slopes suit progressing beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. The two main levels, Le Recoins sitting at 1650m and Roches Beranger sitting at 1750m, are just a 30 minute drive from Grenoble. The very accessible Chamrousse was purpose-built for the 1968 Grenoble Winter Olympics.
